Here are a number of articles of interest those that want to know more about the Edmonton brewing scene and a little more about our history in Canada. Some were even written by real authors.

Here is some of our own past, covering two VERY condensed histories of our ancestors in the brewing industry in Canada. One Grandfather that worked at Sicks, Molson and the ALCB. and one about a Great-Grandfather that worked at Northwest and Bohemian Maid as a Cooper and of his wife, an Ullrich, who was somehow related to British Columbia's Reifel family and their breweries.

A history of our equipment and its previous owners.

A history in images of Edmonton's bottles and labels . Many thanks to Barry O'Neill and Dave Craig for ALL of these items.

Next is a wonderful, general article by Gordon Morash. It originally appeared on the Edmonton Public Libraries website and can be found HERE in its original form and HERE, condensed, on our page.

Finally (for now) are two wonderful articles written by Lawrence Herzog. They appeared on the Real estate weekly website. The original for the first is available HERE with a copy available on our website HERE. and the second is available HERE and on our website HERE.

All items that have been downloaded from third paty sources are appropriately attributed on the pertinenet pages. If you discover any errors in facts or attributions PLEASE contact us so we can correct them.
