This is a simple, wonderful Lager. Brewed with very distnctive specialty Canadian Malts. Flavoured with all natural maple for a subtle yet distinctive flavour.

Triple filtered, cold fermented and our longest conditing phase.

And, Yes, we just liked the name Sap Vampire; it is about the maple.
